Beamish Open Air Museum

One of the place that we visited during our stay in Leeds is the Beamish Museum. Beamish Museum is worlds famous open air museum, telling the story of life in North East England during the 1820's,1900s and 1940s. Situated at Beamish near the town of Stanley, County Durham, England. From Leeds (LS2 to DH9) takes about 1hr 45min drive.  Experience seeing real people living the era world war. http://www.beamish.org.uk/

My inlaws came to visit us and we decided to bring them there. If I am not mistaken in the month of May 2013.

If any of you planning to have afternoon tea in Beamish there is a place called Cookson Room. http://www.beamish.org.uk/afternoon-tea/  We bought some take away scones 'kak ipaq duk beratuq bli' and have it at the park under the bright sunshine. Superb!
